Gary,
Thank you for a FANTASTIC weekend in NYC! Not only did our team have a blast, but also we have a renewed vision and energy for what we do every day!
We were able to bond with a couple teams and learn from them as well as share the wealth that we have learned so far.
Thanks again!
Jennifer Shaffer
Gary,
I am glad to be heading home after a great week of work. I had some great interactions with team members this week, as well as other dentists that work with me, and best also with patients that I am fortunate enough to treat. They trust me and let me provide their needed dental /oral care. We don’t think about it very often but that trust is what makes this health care field so cool and rewarding. Sure there are other perks, but taking care of people’s needs is a big kick! Oh they don’t want to be here…and it costs money…and etc…but when it comes down to it—they are appreciative of seeing someone they trust. For me it’s not all about Money.
So that brings me to why I work with Gary Kadi, Heather Smith and your whole Next Level Management team. It’s not all about the money. Sure I know if you work with them your profit should and will go up. But there is more…and I think it’s just as important! I know I need help managing and growing…I don’t want to need help…I would like to spend my money on fun stuff and family. But bottom line I want to work with people who give me their best so I can be better. Doesn’t that just make sense? I want to have more fun in life and enjoy my work relationships, and reward people who help me. Working with Gary and Heather is fun, and it is Growth Territory! They help me get more out of my life and help keep me accountable. I have reached more of my business goals and personal goals by working with them!
My three boys all know about the Healthy Deserve Level. My wife, gets it too! It doesn’t mean my life if perfect. It doesn’t replace my faith beliefs or magically solve problems. But keeping your HDL up is a great way to live. Dang…its Friday afternoon…and I wish it was Monday already!
Give my regards to the gang!

Dear Gary,
Thanks for opening my eyes to the power of Invisalign. Your seminar let me see how Invisalign is such a problem solver for our world class, minimally invasive, dental practice.
Last year we struggled to start 10 cases. This year we average 10 cases a month! Our patients now receive solutions for oral health problems that affect their whole body. It really feels great to be giving our trusting patients the very best care possible!
Many thanks,

Yeah, it’s like being a new man again with all the negativity and loss of control in the past and now a bright future in a beautiful new facility. I’m lifting weights again and running and biking. My son and I had an awesome salmon fishing trip off the west coast of Vancouver Island just before we opened.
I took all the right staff people with me. All the construction people have been great and half of them are becoming patients. We have a dedicated consult room plus lots of space and room for 3 more ops. We are waiting for some furniture and a few odds and ends to be finished aroiund the clinic and building.
We are developing a nautical black and white J Class America’s Cup yachting theme for wall art, etc. There is even a fountain outside our entrance. We have doctors next door which will also be a huge referral base. Although I do not want an associate for now I anticipate that the demand will soon outstrip Maria’s and my ability to meet it. We haven’t advertised or put any signs up and have been going only two weeks averaging 2 to 3 new patients per day. The future’s so bright I gotta wear shades.

Marci,
Just to let you know that everything went quite well with the staff yesterday. Skype is a great format for you. You have an honesty, sincerity and animation that enables you to be accepted by the staff which is a huge asset when working with practices.
So we’re off to a good start. Time for an air conditioned office and art work on the walls.

Talked bout my photo of me in boardshorts and sandals (birthday gifts from NID team) and my journal and Gary’s book HDL while sitting in beach chair in my front yard with Willy and Theo (dogs)
Informed Gary of how I had to “start my day over” and he shared how he has “breakdowns all the time”; Breakdowns being when our reaction is bigger than the issue; he reports that he has habits in place to allow him to “check in” with someone for reality check and get out of his “parts” and back to his Divine Self; usually his wife is this person and I shared that Leslie is who I go to also.
Analogy of a Solid Being (rock-like) vs Transparent Spirit; parts vs whole; fighting and running in to everything vs going with the river;
I told Gary about my overwhelm; He rx that my foundation of “Life happening to me vs me being at cause in life”; cause does not equal control; I did not quite get this
- 3 Types of Agreements
- 1. With Self (What and by when)
- 2. With Others
- 3. With Higher Power, morals, and values
Self Pity is a self fulfilling prophecy, a kind of downward spiral
BE, DO, HAVE
Tell myself I can vs I can’t!!
Control is associated with being attached to the result/outcome;
IV is Jivey: Talked about how my Self-Pity is my “drug”………..Hmmmmm, interesting
Talked about being careful labeling because labels become things;
At cause vs At Affect; (I did not quite get this):
I am not the voice(s) in my head!!
THE PROMISES (of NextLevel): Breakthrough in time, money and relationships
Agreed that I will take my power back on keeping my work to myself!!
Homework for this week: Practice keeping my word to myself: What and by when!! When I am focused on doing this then “things” won’t get in my way; Gary suggests that I invent and attract “shit” that keeps me from being responsible; and then I “get” to be overwhelmed and in Self Pity! (My drug!) Hmmmmmm
Here is a few comments from Leslie about the above which I shared with her while she was on her lunch hour and called me after Gary and I were done with our talk:
Leslie suggests the my “resaons”/Self Pity keep me from failing and in a place where I don’t have to take action; because if I have to take action I am vulnerable and “out there on the edge”; yet being “out there” is where I say I want to be! (Word to myself)
As uncomfortable as the above is, I must take a step towards “the edge” because I am now keeping my word to myself. I will gain confidence and become all that I am supposed to be!!
This will help me to learn how to think differently and then when I go to my “default thinking” it will be only a “blip” and not a complete “derailing of the whole train”
I’ve been driving into work listening to your cd.
It helps me get into the proper mindset and ready for the day =) You are such an encouragement!
Jennifer

Gary and Heather,
If I were to sit down and rewrite my life story, again today, it would “end” in a way I would not have expected or thought of a week ago. You see, most stories conclude with the phrase “The End.” Mine would now finish with “The Beginning.” Each time I revisit HDL it remarkably peels away another layer, sometimes thick and sometimes thin, to reveal more peace about my past and present – and more empowerment in my future.
And then if that was not enough, the experience gave Darren and I enough time and space to really have an open discussion about what we both want. In fact, the dialogue never stopped, not about day to day operations or to-dos or the kids, but just an easy uninterrupted flow of ideas. It was the mix of the perfect servicing, care-free environment and the refreshing relief and joy of being surrounded by like-minded individuals in supportive personal and professional discussions that made it so seamless.
Lastly, as a wife and business partner, I am so appreciative that Darren found a community in which he can share ideas, express concerns and build excitement. He was among a group he admired, and to find that they shared the same passions, struggles and insecurities was powerful. I quietly smiled while I watched him sharing and absorbing, his eyes bright and alive, completely engaged (and relaxed). Cancun created an extended support system, that as hard as I try, cannot always provide for him.
The experience was a gift – thank you.
Fondly,
Paige

After having dinner with Gary Kadi, we were told that there was a paradigm shift from cosmetic to health. We used the healthy mouth standard immediately and closed the last 8 Invisalign cases to become a premier provider within a month.
Our bonus, was a trip to Las Vegas to attend the Invisalign summit.

Dear Gary,
Thanx for the emails. We had a great time in L.A. Life keeps getting better all the time; and, it all started with your books and lectures. I’ve been to alot of management classes in the past 28 years and I’ve heard alot of motivational speakers; but, you have made the most impact on me and my staff and my patients.
You’re advice goes deep into the core of the doctor so he can be the leader the staff needs and the doctor the patients seek. We will continue to use and grow with your books and seminars.
I’m grateful that you and your staff are part of this great dental profession.
God Bless
Don
Gary,
I need to expand my practice as my office is too small; Gary resolved my fears of that. I have everything I need right now! Crucial Conversations… invaluable personally.
Dear Gary,
REALLY REALLY enjoyed your workshop at Fairfax, Virginia! I’d enjoy another one anytime!
You were very entertaining & fun to listen to. Thank you for sharing your inspiring knowledge with our office staff. We’re getting rid of the ANTS & every patient is a NEW patient! Lots of great ideas for us to pass on to our patients.

Gary
After 20 years of private practice, we had achieved great success and were seeing some growth, but had definitely reached a point where we needed to “reinvent” ourselves. This was not only professionally but also personally. We were doing the best we could with the prior resources that we had utilized, but had reached a level of frustration. We didn’t know really what was “broken,” and thus didn’t know what to do to fix things and get on the road to improvement and increased success. Having implemented new services into our practice such as Invisalign and Sedation dentistry had also opened the doors for increased practice growth, but again we were unsure how to handle this and streamline our new patient process, our scheduling, and our overall office operating systems.
Our team morale was okay, more of a mood of “complacency.” Some team members, having been with the office over 10+ years, had begun to experience a bit of burnout, again related to a real lack of focus and direction for the practice.
Personally both doctors had begun to lose their purpose and challenge, and not knowing what else could be done was frustrating. We did not want to call on a consulting group that was geared towards the “average” dental practice or one that was full of hype and promises with unpredictable results. We are a unique and successful practice in our area, and we needed a unique firm that would allow us to continue to set ourselves apart from the other offices in Northern Michigan. We needed a strong purpose and a direct plan on how to get there and achieve success in ALL areas of our practice and personal lives. We ended up putting our faith in Next Level Practice and are very happy that we did.
Our biggest challenge has been training all of us “older dogs” to learn newer systems, verbal skills, and being consistent in using them. We have seen great improvements in our team, from overall morale and just simply working better together now that the roles have been better defined. Although each day brings new challenges, and having new accountabilities keeps everyone on their toes ALL the time, it is still easier than before we started because we all know the rules we’re playing by. When we all remember to focus on these together, helping each other achieve them, we can focus on our primary goal: giving our patients the best possible dental experience that they deserve. We strive to give them better service and care than they will receive from any health care provider. Next Level Practice has
provided us with the tools and skills to help us achieve this goal. Their reference tools, from our own personal “coach,” to Gary Kadi’s books, their community website, online virtual classrooms, and coaching camps, really provide a wealth of information to help you succeed.
Financially our practice has seen an increase in our production and collection figures in the 6 months that we have been with Next Level Practice. We have produced over $173,000 and collected over $145,000 more than our previous year. This is significant for our team as we really did jump on board full force until the last two months or so. This is also in Michigan, the state that’s getting some of the worst economic forecasts out there right now.
I had the opportunity recently to meet on the University of Michigan School of Dentistry’s Alumni Board of Directors and we also spoke with some current dental students. It was nice to share our success story with them as they have heard nothing but “doom and gloom” about the state of Michigan right now. When I told them we lived in Northern Michigan and were having our best year ever, they were pleasantly shocked to hear some good news for once!
You need to keep your word in everything that you do. Everything. Simple but it covers it all…. You need to stay positive and focused, aim for the long term future and where you want to be, and with the proper “guidebook” the journey will be easy. To achieve success, you can’t do it alone and you need a support group of positive-minded individuals and peers to help you. Trust in yourself and your team, and empower everyone around you to be their best.
Finally, realize that you DESERVE the successes that you achieve. When you know in your heart that everyday you set out to make a positive change in someone else’s life, the successes you earn along the way are more than deserved. Take risks and the road less traveled and life’s rewards will be limitless.

Dear Gary,
Really loved your books. Your first, Million Dollar Dentistry sat on the shelf for a year before I finally read it. I increased by collections from 50k to 70k the 2nd month. Bringing the financial coordinator into the room when I was doing the exam, made a huge difference. There’s a lot of great information in that book, so I have my whole office listening to a chapter once a month.
Your second book, Raise Your HDL;is a masterpiece. I would highly recommend both of these books to all Dentists, you won’t be sorry.

I consider our practice to had been successful before, but it had topped out over the last few years and we had lost that edge. Enthusiasm, staff motivation& our purpose. I was able to go to 3.5 days a week of work but was still challenged with agreements and morale. Gary Kadi has raised the awareness and morale. With the triple win and other work, we feel a higher level of deserve for what we do. I have learned that I am a doctor not just a dentist and the profound effect that my team and I have on the overall health of our patients.
A very simple plan to follow, it is like keep it simple stupid. The triple win philosophy, the trust transfer is brilliant. It is a win-win for everybody not just the doc but more than anything the patient. When you meet Gary , he just has that energy about him that you know you are at the right place. They have a talented group of coaches that help you maintain your focus and goals. Marci is awesome. She is your coach with the most! It is been a great experience. Looking forward to a new year !!

All,
I’ve already told several of you about the book I recently read, Million Dollar Dentistry, but I wanted to make a concerted effort to get the word out to you all.
Million Dollar Dentistry is awesome and whether you are in general practice or specialize, it is a must read. I liked it so much that I’ve bought half a dozen copies to pass around and you are welcome to borrow one, but it is worth the 25 bucks you will pay for your own copy (you will want to mark in the book and read it more than once I’m sure).
You can read all about Gary Kadi and order Million Dollar Dentistry at http://www.garykadi.com. I just ordered his latest book, Raise Your HDL, and will give you a book report on it shortly.
Enjoy the book,
Ben Burris
Gary,
I was just in Kansas City this week with one of my Align colleagues and I had the pleasure of visiting a practice who had attended Gary Kadi’s seminar, just like you did! They then contracted with Gary’s team at Next Level Practice to be their practice consultants. I’m telling you, this practice is amazing – you can taste the positive environment and high team moral as soon as you walk into the office! In talking with the office manager and one of the doctors, they told me how excited the team was to come to work every day because of the positive difference they were making in their patients’ lives.
They have goals, they have a vision, they do little things to help each other out, their cancelled appointments were down, their production was up (way up actually). Specific to Invisalign, they set an initial goal of 1 new case per week per hygienist. That is 4 cases per week, 16 per month, 48 per quarter. To be clear, this is a practice consisting of 4 doctors and 4 hygienists. They set that goal about a month ago and have actually surpassed it already!
Sincerely,
All the best!

Our practice was very successful prior to following the Next Level methodology. After one year with Next Level, I believe our practice has gone from good to great.
The best lesson that I have learned from Gary is that the impossible is very possible. My entire staff was never on the same page, now we are all on the same page. We work towards a common goal every day and I am proud to say that we are not only better emotionally and economically, but most importantly, we are providing the best dentistry in the history of our practice to our patients.

Gary,
I wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know how much I appreciated our phone conversation yesterday. I am not exaggerating when I say it was the best one hour I have ever spent regarding my practice. The insights your practice evaluation gave to me have set me on a new path.
My new deserve level will not only give me new opportunities but enable me to let my staff reach new levels for them as well. I had first thought that this one hour phone call would be a sales pitch for your company. It was in fact an hour choked full of information and the only mention of sales was your offer to help me reach the goals we had set during the one hour. Thank you again. I hope you and your family have a great Holiday Season.
Sincerely,

Hello Gary,
I wanted to take the time to thank you for a fun, to the point, action packed lecture. You are a great representation of your book and your referrals.
This email is to let you know that although I am very good at “people-ing” as I like to call it, I did gleam some gems and put them into practice first thing Mon. morning with our team. And to no surprise to you, we batted 100%!! Not only educating, and closing cases, but truly creating an in-office energy that was never felt before.
I have been in dentistry for 35 years in different capacities. I was appointed Team Leader with Dr.Craig eleven months ago to change this office. With Larry’s help and now your book and seminar this has taken us to another notch.
Thank you once again. Ps: if you ever look for co consultants or speakers would love to be in this work in the near future.
I know we will meet again.
By the way if you wish for a healthier alternative to Red Bull (this stuff will kill you!) go to www.oxyfresh.com/michelle and click on Primorye OTG (Real energy, no bull) will gladly send you a gift if you wish to try it. Let me know.

Hello Gary,
I mean what keeps you up at night relative to your business? What is that one unanswered question you have about your practice that you just can’t seem to get a handle on?
Whatever that “thing” or issue is, it’s going to be addressed in this course. Gary Kadi is unbelievable and if there is ANY way that you can make this (and preferably bring your staff) I can positively guarantee that you’ll be blown away.
We had a half day seminar back in July and Gary Kadi spoke to us in Chicago. Motivational speakers have never done much for me outside of getting me pumped for a few hours and then the energy wears off. Gary Kadi has all of that energy and I’ve never seen anything like him in that regard. BUT, the ideas that he gave me have allowed me to do things in a very different way.
Historically, Q3 is terrible for me and this Q3 started out no differently. When I saw Gary in late July (a third of the way through my quarter) I was tracking to finish at 82% of my quota and I ended up finishing at 113% and in the top 5% in the nation in what is certainly perceived to be a tough economy. I attribute the change to the ideas that I got from Gary Kadi.
What Gary will do for you and your team is motivate the heck out of you and more importantly, he will install a sales system in your practice that works not only for selling Invisalign but everything that you sell in your office.
I absolutely don’t mean to be obnoxious, but come to this meeting and it will positively make a difference for you. This is the top of the food chain with regard to practice development courses and I feel so strongly about it that I’m going to give you Gary’s cell number.
Kadi Spoke in Baltimore for us 2 Fridays ago and all of the reps who went told me that across the board, their docs told them it was the best CE course they’ve ever seen. Three Baltimore docs who went solo to the course up there are FLYING their staffs to Charlotte to see Gary b/c they were so impressed. Five of the reps who were at the course in Baltimore have asked my manager if they can come to Charlotte on December 5th to see him again. They’ll be here in NC and that’s unheard of.
Talk to him about what keeps you up at night and get his take on how to attack that issue, no matter what it is.
Okay, end of sermon – call me or email me and let me know if you can make this. You will thank me for this one!!!!!!!
Best Regards,
Kent P. Braud

We were “doing okay”. I think we were successful in what we we knew how to do. Next level showed us a way to really measure our output and how to present cases properly. Our team has come a long way . We’re still working at it continue to apply the systems daily.

Gary,
As a dental consultant, I spend the best part of each day talking to dentists from around the country about the day-to-day problems of their practices. Valley resident Gary Kadi’s book is one of the best I’ve come across on the problems and solutions of running a professional practice.
I especially enjoyed his treatise on presenting dentistry to patients. This seems to be one of the most difficult areas for dentists—to hit that happy medium between solving the patients’ dental problems while solving their own cash flow problems. Instead of pages of dense practice management drudgery, Kadi gives empathy-driven commentary on the challenges of day-to-day dentistry. Reading this books makes you want to live well within your means and treat employees and patients with the respect they deserve. In addition, it’s not often you can really enjoy reading a book that makes you want to be a better person.
Greg Stanley,
President Whitehall Management, Inc.
Gary,
Gary is a stand-up, high-caliber guy. It’s like Einstein says—nothing happens until something moves. Read his book and articles to get a surface level idea of what he is about. If you think his philosophy is something you will act on, go for it.
Dr. Eric J. Harris
Gary,
I have worked with the Kadi group and I must say they have transformed my team into a wonderful functioning group. Gary’s unique way of dealing with people and understanding their needs was by far the best coaching I have ever seen in dentistry in my 38 years of private practice. I have been a teacher, a lecturer, and a student of dentistry, and I highly recommend you give Gary Kadi the opportunity to take your practice to the next level as he has done for me and my practice. My best to you.
Ron Plotka DD.D.S.
Gary,
I have to echo Ron and Eric here—Gary Kadi really is a genuine individual. Having gotten to know Gary and his wife Judith recently, they walk the talk…in every way. He has got a soft wit and his bona fide delivery is spot on for today’s practice.
You really can’t go wrong with Gary and his team…Top Notch!!!
Trent W. Smallwood
Gary,
I need to chime in as number four on giving Gary Kadi a positive character reference. He has never let me down on any commitment he has ever made. Although I have not used his consulting services, we have become very close while in a mastermind group over the last 3 years. When you share your ups and downs over that amount of time, you can see what a person is really like. There are very few people I know who have his level of commitment and self discipline. I’m sure he will continue to be a positive force in dental practice management.
Scott Rice
Gary,
Sara Fossen has been an invaluable resource to the team. Thanks again for giving me my life back—my real joyful life. I was in a rut and just thought I was ok, but I can see clearly now—now that the rain is gone (sounds like a song!!). James says to have joy in times of trial…I was trying, but not getting it done. God used you (and you were a willing vessel) to make a huge difference in my life, and I love you for that.
God bless ya,
Stephen LaDuque
Gary,
I wanted you to know that I had lunch today with Dr. Matkovich and his staff. Dr. Matkovich relayed to Tom and I that you gave the best presentation Experdent has ever had. That is quite the compliment as we have had several topnotch speakers come through this study club. Congrats!!!
Keep raising the HDL,

Gary,
I am attaching an updated version of the testimonials Teresa and I have received. A very powerful, unwritten testimonial has already started showing itself! I was updating case submissions from the first week in June and I would say about 80% of the cases submitted that week were from doctors who attended the event on 5/30. That’s when you know an event was effective, when it creates new business immediately!
Another thing: I was at the office on Friday, and they had six patients scheduled to start Invisalign that day. Unfortunately, there was a tornado sighted in town which led to the rescheduling of the last three patients, but they were able to start three cases that day, all three of whom paid for their treatment prior to records…because the team was able to present the financial options in their new private consultation room!
Thanks again
Shawn Pemberton
Gary,
Fabulous seminar! I am anxious to get the NP interview, NP intake form, Dx driven hygiene. I like to get going on things asap after a seminar. Thanks for putting this together!

Gary,
I was motivated by Gary Kadi’s enthusiasm and have been trying to implement aspects of his book and lecture into my practice. I just wish my staff could have gone.
Chris Pugeda
Gary,
I was very sad that I could not attend the Gary Kadi Workshop on Friday, but, as you know, 3 members of my staff were able to go without me. They have had nothing but positive feedback; in fact, they have raved about how much they learned, how motivated they felt, and how much fun it was! I can’t thank you and Align Technology enough for caring about the personal and professional development of the doctors and their staff members whom they partner with. It is a joy to return from a week away from the office, and see that the energy is actually higher and better than when I left!
Thanks again!

Gary,
It was truly ironic how you came to me about Gary coming to town literally a few weeks after I read an article by him in one of my journals. Something really spoke to me about what he was saying and I wanted to hear more!
My team got SO much out of the seminar. They knew I was excited after the book, but I couldn’t quite transfer that excitement by myself. Parts of the book were very new to us and we are going to try implementing them. (Can’t wait for your meeting on that!) The course was also validating to us that we are on the right track with how we greet, treat and dismiss the patient. I just made the comment the other day prior to the seminar that there are 7-11 patients out there and we are not for them, ’cause baby….they are stepping into Neiman Marcus!
I think Gary has a gift and I don’t believe in coincidences…I think we were MEANT to meet with him and see him that day. What a blessing! I can’t wait to work with you and Gary on making PDC what it was envisioned to be….one of the BEST Dental Care centers in the area!!!
I have been striving SO hard to give us a niche in the dental world as providing the most unique and spectacular dental visit that anyone has experienced. I believe you and Gary can help put the cherry on the top!
I think Invisalign can take my practice to the next level. One in which I am not killing myself, depriving myself of time with my PRECIOUS babies, and depriving myself of stomach lining.
Warmest Regards,
Stacy
Gary,
I was not able to stay for the afternoon session, but I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed hearing Gary speak. We are already in the process of integrating some of his tools into our practice and have been on his website to evaluate continuing the relationship beyond the seminar. I look forward to talking to both you and Gary to help us all meet our common goals of helping others, through both our service to our professions and our desire to make the world a little better one person at a time. Seeing Gary speak last Friday really did make a difference in my life. Please let him know that.
See you Friday!
Dr. Angie
Gary,
I thought Gary was completely awesome. Dr. Tony Gadbois was great too. I must tell you, though, Gary is a tough act to follow. I have heard a lot of speakers and after hearing Gary, I wanted to come into the office and put some of his ideas into effect. We received the forms via email. And I believe we are going to incorporate them into our front desk policy. I really like the idea of the binders that Gary had, and also the Invisalign follow-up. That was a great idea. I know we have had a few new patients call and want to come in for a consult on Invisalign, and then they cancel and get lost in the system. There are so many other dentists out there that offer our services. If we have a way to track them and maybe call them back, they won’t forget about us, and that lets them know that we didn’t forget about them. People like to be remembered.
Thanks
Amy Tutor
Gary,
Attending the course with Gary Kadi and Dr. Gadbois had an immediate impact on my practice. We saw a patient this morning, worked as a team to educate the patient, and the way we handled the “trust transfer” was incredible. We followed Gary’s advice on using the Care Credit pre-approval, and printed out the financial options worksheet for the patient. Instead of collecting my usual $350 down payment for records and trying to get further financial commitments down the road, the patient accepted the interest-free options we presented him and we collected $4300 instead! Thank you for encouraging me to attend this event!

Gary,
My team and I really enjoyed Friday’s course. Gary Kadi was awesome! His enthusiasm was contagious and his ideas were great. We definitely learned quite a few things to take back to the office.
Thanks,

Gary,
Our team truly enjoyed the presentation by Gary Kadi, and we also learned from it. I took four pages of notes! That means new info to take back to the practice. We are a fairly progressive and innovative practice, and we usually find that we are at least a couple steps ahead of every other “new” message we hear on the speaking circuit. But Gary is fresh and full of boundless energy. It’s contagious. He is a good motivator, and loaded with interesting tidbits to share. We are excited about using his techniques to enhance our Invisalign presentations. I will read his book and watch for the next! Thank you for bringing this opportunity to St. Louis.

Gary,
I walked away with a lot of useful information and found the seminar to be an eye opener to the potential of Invisalign that I was not aware of before. Not only was the seminar informative, but it was motivational as well. I was very excited afterwards and I really want to apply these ideas. I am now planning to share this awareness with the team and see how we can use these tools. I like the system ideas and forms for organization.
So many patients are not even given the opportunity to think about Invisalign. We need to educate our patients and take more time with them.

Gary,
I was pleased with both speakers and wish my entire staff could have been there. In order to be successful in dentistry, the Dr. and his team have to have the right attitude and you have to have the proper procedures in place, both financial and administrative. Both Gary Kadi and Dr. Gadbois addressed these issues and provided knowledge that could be reasonably implemented to help an office thrive. I am attempting to bring some of these concepts into my office and will try, with your help, to get my staff on board. As far as specifics, I liked the idea of defining a healthy mouth, having that as your treatment goal, and having accountability from your staff.

Gary,
I really would like to thank you for our meeting during the conference in Las Vegas. I feel that you may have an idea, but I don’t know if you realize how much your mentoring has meant to me. Because of you, I have an inner confidence that burns like a flame that can not be blown out. What is significant about it is that my peers are beginning to notice it, and that in itself is truly remarkable. What scares me is that WE ARE JUST GETTING STARTED!
Once again, thank you. And just know that, for now on, I consider you a member of my family.
I would like to share a poem with you that I keep near and dear to my heart that constantly encourages me:
THE TEST OF A MAN

The test of a man is the fight that he makes
The grit that he daily shows;
The way he stands upon his feet
And takes life’s numerous bumps and blows.
A coward can smile, when there’s not to fear
A noting his progress bars;
But it takes a man to stand and cheer
While the other fellow stars.
It’s not the victory after all
But the fight that a brother makes;
A man when driven against the wall
Still takes the blows of fate.
With his head held high
Bleeding, bruised, and pale;
Is the man who will win fate defied
For he isn’t afraid to fail!
Your Brother,
Marloin C. Cummings, D.D.S.
Gary,
“…My patients now accept the treatment they need. Production doubled. Our team LOVES their work. I take 8 weeks vacation. And all this came true in just six short months.”
I’ve had the bad experiences with consultants who promised the moon, charged a fortune
and delivered little or nothing.
What makes NextLevel Practice different? First, very simply, they understand the real stresses
of dental practices today and their solutions have been proven over and over for years in the
real world. I was at nancially, was chaotic, patients were canceling. I was so bothered
personally that I was kept up at night and it was affecting my marriage.
Gary’s team came in, created order, installed a patient education system that was respectful of
my values and healed a lot of wounds. I never thought a practice could be so stress free,
psychologically rewarding and not to make a big deal about it – so protable. Instead of
cancelled appointments I’ve got a full schedule with many patients pre-paying. My team
loves their new performance reward and area of accountability and pleasant work
environment. They actually enjoy coming to work.
NextLevel’s dollar for dollar guarantee meant that my investment was risk free. I made my
money back in four months. My only regret is that I didn’t nd Gary and his team when I
graduated. If you are sick and tired of the frustrations of running a practice, pick up the phone
and call him and you will be as happy as I am.

Gary
After casually deciding to pick up your book, I was caught up in it immediately. I thought I had done everything there was to do in dentistry and didn’t know what was next.
I wanted to become a better person, better leader and a better husband. Gary helped me reestablish relationships with people I was out of touch with that mattered. He taught me relationships begin and end with integrity.
Gary has made all the difference in my practice, my whole life has been transformed thanks to him.
