Why NextLevel Practice?

I have had consultants before, what makes your program different?

  • Gary’s unique methodology is based on business and team development.
  • You are buying a business structure that will allow you to control your results.
  • Implementation focused.
  • Team engaged in the solution.
  • Triple win – where the patient wins, the doctor wins, and your team wins.
  • Transformative vs. changing.

I’m not sure if I have the right team to get started, in fact, can you fire a couple of people for me?

  • 85% of the time it is not the person but the way in which the practice is setup.
  • We do not fire anyone, we assist you in putting in accountabilities and the team members will have to chose to actively play on the team or they will deselect themselves and allow for a willing person to step in.

What if someone on the team leaves after we have everything all setup and they are trained?

  • Our programs are designed to be systems reliant that insure consistency. Each position has a metric and an outcome per day that you and the team member can assess their effectiveness and value to the practice. Should a team member leave, you will be recruiting and hiring a new team member into a specific position with a specific outcome, thereby putting your mind at ease regarding this often challenging and costly situation. (It has been estimated that one half of the annual salary of the departing team member is the cost to the practice.)

Is your work influenced by any religion?

  • No and we don’t judge anyone else’s choice of religion.

What if I don’t agree with your recommendations?

  • No one likes being told what to do and moreover what may work in Florida many not work in Kansas.
  • Our philosophy is to get you and us very clear of your specific measurable outcomes and understand where you are starting from and provide solutions that you can accept, decline or offer a hybrid.
  • There is never one right way to do anything; you and your team must do what morally feels right to you so that you can make it a part of you

How much of an impact can I expect?

  • We believe in under-promising and over-delivering. Our minimal promise is to have you experience our programs as an investment. This is why we offer a written dollar-for-dollar return on investment on each of our programs.
  • Results vary. The following areas are variables that dictate your level of success: The level that the doctor champions the process and the level of openness and willingness of your team. (It is our responsibility to earn your team’s trust and engage them in the solution and process. The earlier they get on the bus, the quicker and deeper your results will be.

We have great ideas, but they never seem to get implemented?

  • Gary has worked with thousands of teams over his 20 years in business development. He has mastered the art and science of implementation. There are layers of preparation that open the space for new efficiencies and priorities of Gary’s Radical Common Sense Triple Win Approach to take hold.
  • Sustained implementation and consistency is created through education and expanding one’s awareness from the inside out. When one sees things more clearly and understands the “why” and “how” each piece fits, as well as the cost associated to operating status quo, the team member CHOOSES to change their behavior and therefore gets a new result.

Why would I do this during this downturn in the economy? If I do, how will it affect my results?

  • When most are shrinking and listening to the news on how to survive and wait the biggest economic hurricane winds since the depression, you will be thriving. Warren Buffet says that he waited 10 years for this to happen…as an entrepreneur, your job is to manage your business in the face of any and every circumstance. You cannot control the global economy but you can control what you do about it. This is a huge window of opportunity if you know what to do to seize it. Results are actually easier to create during the most challenging times. Don’t wait.

How do I determine the best time to being the program?

  • Consider that the things you are concerned about before committing to move forward are the exact things that stop you everywhere in having your dreams and aspirations fulfilled. If they weren’t there you would already have everything you desire. The moment you commit to a program, everything starts conspiring in your favor and lining up to be handled once and for all.

What other expenses can I expect in addition to your program?

  • We have only a few musts while working together. You are required to keep your word, and you must have at least one intra-oral camera, ideally one camera per room.
  • You also must have or be willing to create a private area to discuss treatment and payment options.
  • You must be willing to utilize third party financing.

We are so busy, how are we going to handle fitting more things in that you teach us?

  • Think of your day and the days of your team like your closet. You have a closet that’s packed but you wear the same few things repeatedly. This is called the 80/20 rule. In the case of your closet you wear 20% of your clothes 80% of the time. Consider that only 20% of your team creates 80% of your revenue and 20% of your actions create 80% of your results. Imagine taking the 20 and moving it to 80. What do you think will happen to your outcomes working the same amount of time (or actually, less). People call this working smarter not harder.

When doesn’t your program work?

  • When the doctor, team leader, significant other or third party does not champion and support the program.
  • If there is an ethical breach within the practice that the practitioner is not willing to address. Integrity is the foundation for workability of all things in life and in practice.

My practice has been this way forever and my colleagues have the same problem so why will it change now?

  • Because you now say so and you are hiring a company that specializes in dealing with resignation. Just like it is not the norm for gums to bleed when you brush your teeth, neither should your bank account, emotions and energy level. Does your scalp bleed when your brush your hair? Neither should your appointment book, accounts receivable, your teams accountability, etc. When you locate the root causes for these symptoms and plug them at their source, you and your team can focus on serving your patients and toasting marshmallows on the fire, rather than putting them out.
